MST Therapist

Enjoy a supportive environment where we provide intensive in-home MST services to youth ages 12-17 and their families across the Carolinas, Florida, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

• Provide intensive in-home service using the evidence-based Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model to youth 12-17 and their families.
• Collaborate with families, schools, community partners, and support systems to reduce risk factors and improve outcomes.
• Conduct community visits, crisis intervention, group supervision, and consultation.
• Maintain a low caseload of only five cases and be available during afternoons, weekends, and remote settings as needed.

• Starting Pay Range: $48k-$54k annually
• Full-time benefits including 401K match, health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years working with at-risk youth and families in a home or community-based setting.
• Licensed or license-eligible in South Carolina (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and on-call rotation.
• Pass drug screening test and background check.
