Machine Operator (Entry Level)

Join Mac Lean Power Systems (MPS) as a Machine Operator in our York, South Carolina manufacturing facility.

• 2nd Shift – 3 pm‑11 pm Monday‑Friday, every other Saturday 11 am‑5 pm
• 3rd Shift – 11 pm‑7 am Sunday‑Thursday, every other Friday 11 pm‑5 am

Hourly Rate: $17.50 plus quarterly incentives.

• Operate assigned mechanical equipment and applicable hand tools
• Complete first‑piece inspection as needed
• Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
• Use basic measuring instruments
• Complete all required documents fully and accurately
• Adhere to 5S standards and maintain a clean work area
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Relevant manufacturing experience is a plus
• Basic technical understanding of machinery
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and machine specifications (a plus)
• Problem‑solving and safety awareness
