• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting the manufacturing and industrial location to help deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report any unusual activities, security-related incidents, or maintenance needs observed during patrols or while monitoring access points.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Support the implementation of site‑specific policies and procedures as directed by management or client representatives.

• CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
