As Power Design expands into mechanical work, we’re seeking a Ductwork & Sheet Metal Foreman to take a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, high-performance projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our jobs meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction — while leading a skilled crew in the field. You’ll have access to cutting-edge tools and technology – including fully equipped iPads and company smartphones – and the opportunity to advance your skills at our 16,000-square‑foot training facility in St.
Petersburg, Florida, where we offer hands‑on, customized training courses.

Position Responsibilities- Work closely with the project Superintendent and other trades to oversee the assigned scope, including managing materials, manpower, and workflow
- Take ownership of enforcing and promoting high standards of quality, productivity, and safety
- Leverage technology such as a company‑issued iPad and smartphone to track progress, manage schedules, and exceed expectations
- Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver top‑tier results on every project
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Progressive Mechanical, and HVAC leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path
- Skilled field supervisor with at least five years of experience managing duct & sheet metal, running multimillion‑dollar projects
- Active journeyman or master license preferred
- Proficient knowledge of the IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE Standards; local codes; and construction safety requirements
- Must have at least basic computer and writing skills
