About the Position
Are you ready to make an impact? As Power Design expands into mechanical work, we are looking for a Pipefitter General Foreman to play a critical leadership role in the success of our new projects. This means we’ll need someone to ensure all projects maintain a high level of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. To top it off, you’ll not only have access to innovative technologies in the field – including fully‑equipped iPads – but you’ll also travel to our 16,000‑square‑foot training facility for customized training courses at our headquarters in St.

- Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
- Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades
- Accountable for enforcing and promoting high quality and safety standards
- Utilize technology such as company‑provided iPad and smartphone to ensure the job gets done on time and exceeds customer expectations
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scope
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experience with Hydronic piping systems, Chiller, Boiler, Water Source Heat Pump refrigeration systems.
- Progressive Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path
- Skilled field supervisor with at least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion‑dollar projects
- Active journeyman or master Mechanical or Plumbing license preferred
- Proficient knowledge of the IMC, IPC, and IBC Standards; local codes; and construction safety requirements
- Knowledge in Managing Plumbing Systems and / or HVAC Air distribution systems a plus.
- Familiarity with project management and construction technology applications such as Bluebeam, Pro Core, BIM 360, Crew Connect, Field Wire, and/or Open Space preferred
- Flexibility to travel to other Power Design project sites as needed within the state of Florida preferred
