Role: Senior Accountant
Location: Mexborough
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and respected accountancy practice in Mexborough. The firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to manage a diverse client portfolio and play a key role in supporting the growth of the practice.

- Managing a portfolio of clients, preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and tax computations
- Preparing corporation tax and personal tax returns
- Acting as the key client contact, providing advice and support
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Reviewing work for accuracy, compliance, and presentation
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client service or introduce additional services
- UK accountancy practice experience is essential
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or strong experience qualified by practice experience
- Confident managing client relationships and handling queries
- Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and taxation
- Positive, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
