Watford Pay Rate: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Contract:

Temporary, immediate start until end of September

Hours:

Full-Time 8am - 4pm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a busy finance team based in Watford on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated AP professional who can hit the ground running and support the team through a busy period.

Key Responsibilities Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently Matching, batching and coding invoices Statement reconciliations and query resolution Preparing and processing payment runs Managing supplier accounts and maintaining strong relationships Handling employee expenses where required Supporting month-end activities Ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately within Microsoft Dynamics Requirements Minimum 2 years' end-to-end Accounts Payable experience Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics is essential Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload Excellent communication skills Must have access to a car and be able to commute to the Watford office What's on Offer?
