The Opportunity As Service Charge Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the accounting activities across a diverse property portfolio. Working closely with Property Managers and wider stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial information and ensuring service charge accounts are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Assisting with the preparation, review, and management of annual service charge budgets. Preparing year-end service charge accounts and expenditure reconciliations. Completing bank, supplier, and balance sheet reconciliations. Monitoring service charge arrears and supporting debt recovery processes. Producing monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis. Acting as a key point of contact for leaseholders, clients, and auditors regarding financial queries.

About You Previous experience within a Service Charge Accountant position. A strong understanding of service charge accounting principles and relevant industry guidelines. Excellent Excel and systems skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. The confidence to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. What's On Offer?
