Accounts Semi Senior – Carlisle, Cumbria £24,000 - £32,000  Study Support  Benefits Clark Wood are recruiting for an Accounts Semi Senior to join a respected firm of Chartered Accountants in Carlisle . This role would suit an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Semi Senior or AAT qualified accountant looking to develop their career within practice. You’ll work with a varied portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies , gaining experience across accounts, tax, VAT and bookkeeping.

The Role Preparing year-end accounts Assisting with VAT returns Bookkeeping and general accounting work Supporting management accounts Dealing with client queries Using Xero, Quick Books and Sage Supporting senior members of the team About You AAT qualified or studying towards ACA/ACCA Previous UK accountancy practice experience Good accounts preparation skills Knowledge of bookkeeping and VAT Good communication and organisational skills
