This role is being offered on a 12 month contract basis.

• Update & Maintain Graphics Master system
• Assist in obtaining approval for content documents, code details specifications, translation and artwork approval
• Update and Maintain Packaging Technical Files
• Support in packaging and labelling projects
• Issue departmental meeting minutes
• Non-inventory purchasing
• Maintain log of PO / invoices
• Assist with data collection for Valpak submissions
• Comply with site Health and Safety procedures

• Preferably previous experience of administration
• Strong PC skills
• Ability to have attention to detail
• Ability to develop skills in graphics arena
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage own day to day activities

• Preferably GCSE or equivalent in English / Mathematics
