Temporary to Permanent, to start ideally w/c 17th August 2026 Salary: £13.70 to £14.30 per hour Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Loans Administrator to join a team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role plays a vital part in managing loan stock returned from hospitals, ensuring all inventory movements, refunds, invoicing, and administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to process high volumes of data accurately within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Process and manage loan stock returned from hospitals. Book returned stock back into the inventory management system. Verify product information, including lot and batch numbers, ensuring complete accuracy. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies. Process customer refunds in line with company procedures. Raise and process invoices accurately and within agreed timescales. Liaise with internal departments including Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.

Ensure all documentation relating to loan stock returns is completed and filed correctly. Skills & Experience Required Essential Previous administration experience. Strong data entry and processing skills with a high level of accuracy. Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling lot, batch, or serial numbers. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, logistics, or supply chain environments. Experience using ERP or stock management systems. Personal Attributes Highly organised and methodical. Strong problem-solving skills. Professional and proactive approach. Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills.
