Fin Search are recruiting a Procurement Administrator on a temporary basis for a well performing, innovative, business based in South Pontefract.
The business is easily commutable from Barnsley, Doncaster and Wakefield.
This role may go permanent for the right person.
As a Procurement Administrator, this role is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties to support the procurement team.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, resolving invoice to PO discrepancies working closely with finance to ensure supplier payments are processed accurately and on time and liaising with a wider range of internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will:
- Have worked in a relevant administrative role previously
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be confident using Office and a CRM system
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
14 - 15 per hour + free of charge hot lunch provided daily + free on site parking + ongoing interim role with the opportunity to go permanent
