School Administrator

We are seeking an organised and confident School Administrator to support a small primary school near Boroughbridge. The school requires someone who can start ASAP, ideally with a DBS already registered on the Update Service. This role is term time only, working Thursday & Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm.

• Provide front office and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of a small primary school
• Manage phone calls, emails, visitor enquiries, and general office duties
• Maintain and update school systems such as SIMS/Arbor (or similar MIS)
• Support attendance processes and daily administrative tasks
• Work collaboratively with staff to contribute to an efficient and supportive school environment

• Previous experience in a school administrative role is essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident using school MIS systems
• DBS registered on the Update Service
