Working Pattern:
Part-time, with Monday, Tuesday and Friday preferred (flexibility available)
PK Education is recruiting a Reprographics & Administration Assistant to support a secondary school in the York area.
We are looking for an organised, reliable and professional individual who can provide administrative support and assist with the school's reprographics requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Photocopying, printing and preparing learning resources.
- Providing general administrative and clerical support.
- Organising and distributing documents and materials.
- Supporting the smooth running of the school office.
- Maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.
- Have previous administration or reprographics experience.
- Be confident using Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Be comfortable working in a busy school environment.
- Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS with children's barred list check.
