Basic Salary: £54,600

Working Hours:

7am - 5pm (Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturday morings depending on business needs.

Are you an enthusiastic, hard working Bodyshop Vehicle Technician looking for a new challenge within an Accident Repair Centre?
 
Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Vehicle Technician

· Diagnose suspension and steering faults using diagnostic tools and test drives

· Repair/replace components: shocks, struts, control arms, steering pumps, racks & linkages

· Carry out wheel alignments to manufacturer specifications

· Perform maintenance, lubrication and adjustments on related systems

· Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs

· Ensure tools are safe and fit for purpose

· Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements

· Work efficiently in a modern, fast paced environment and meet deadlines

Skills and Qualifications of a Bodyshop Vehicle Technician

· Proven experience in automotive repair

· Strong technical knowledge of vehicle suspension, steering and general repairs

· Understanding of ADAS systems

· Knowledge of Hybrid & Electric Vehicles

· High attention to detail and ability to complete jobs to a high standard

· Able to work well under pressure and manage high volumes

· MUST HOLD NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

· Valid MOT License desirable but not essential

· Own tools required

· MUST HOLD Full manual UK Driving Licence (license checks apply)

· Right to work in the UK - No sponsorship available
