Overview

A well established business that uses leading lithographic and digital technology is looking for an Account Manager to join its team of print experts. Their high‑tech equipment runs 24 hours a day, allowing the team to achieve the most urgent deadlines when required to consistently meet the needs of clients.

• Take care of the daily running of a designated portfolio of clients' printing campaigns, putting them in safe hands and freeing up their focus on how campaigns are performing.
• Take production and artwork briefs from the client, clarify requirements, and work with production to deliver results.
• Advise clients on how to get their desired message to their customer in the most efficient way.
• Maintain a positive, can‑do, customer‑first attitude, ensuring nothing is too much for the client.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional service consistently.
