Job Title:
Print Production Coordinator – Hybrid Working
Our client is seeking a Print Production Coordinator to join its award winning Client Services team, delivering print campaigns while providing outstanding customer service.
This position offers a hybrid working model, with an expectation to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities Relationship Management and Account Development- Build and nurture strong relationships with daily contacts, including customers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with clients to refine and enhance print specifications (focusing on both economic and environmental improvements).
- Support Account Managers by preparing estimates, booking projects, and following up with clients for order confirmation where necessary.
- Oversee customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.
- Identify and escalating opportunities for client growth to the Sales team or Account Manager.
- Manage print projects on behalf of Account Managers, adhering to company processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.
- Comply with relevant certifications governing print jobs.
- Resolve issues or disputes following company procedures.
- Ensure timely distribution of essential paperwork, such as Purchase Orders and Invoices.
- Collaborate with the in‑house Procurement Team and suppliers to source and price products effectively.
- Adhere to company policies, including Health and Safety, Expenses, ISO, FSC, and PEFC standards.
- Actively address issues and raise them to the Line Manager for swift resolution.
- Track progress towards objectives set by the Line Manager in alignment with Management Systems.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly with direct mail (DM), point of sale (POS), or print.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and anticipate needs.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A flexible and collaborative team player.
