Position: Account Manager - Yorkshire - £Competitive Salary
Location: South Yorkshire

A leading player in its field has an exciting opportunity for a highly driven Account Manager with more than 2 years of proven client services experience in the packaging graphics industry. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer service activities relating to the supply of our client’s goods and services to a major blue‑chip client, upholding and developing the client relationship while ensuring consistent quality of work.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the client on existing and forthcoming projects, including planning and development of plans to complete those projects within the client time‑scales and to the quality levels expected.
  • Oversee and input client briefs accurately to optimise production.
  • Liaise between the client and the production team leader to ensure all information is correctly interpreted both creatively and in terms of timings.
  • Uphold and represent the company on a daily basis, developing relationships with all relevant departments.

Skills and Qualifications
  • More than 2 years’ proven client services experience in the packaging graphics industry.
  • Good general managerial skills with an ability to prioritise various tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and client‑service skills.
  • Good understanding of reprographics, print and knowledge of the FMCG customer service industry.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the client and the work that the client produces.
  • Show strong organisational skills with all aspects of the team, including holiday cover.
  • Ability to handle client escalation issues.
  • Influencing skills and an ability to lead the client’s decision making.
