A corrugated packaging company which prides itself on delivering the highest quality of customer service is on the search for an outstanding Account Manager.
Responsibilities- Develop long‑term positive commercial relationships with relevant contacts.
- Act as the lead point of contact for all escalation matters specific to your portfolio.
- Serve as liaison between clients and internal teams, delivering feedback and ensuring timely, successful delivery of artwork.
- Generate accurate reports, including forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
- Knowledge of the print, packaging and/or labels sectors.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client‑facing role.
