We are looking for a visionary Senior Business Analyst to lead an agile team of Automation Business Analysts. In this leading position, you will manage a team focused on building or roadmap and delivering robust automations. Our aim is to radically improve how our teams operate, delivering faster, more efficient and higher‑quality processes to our customers leveraging multiple technologies such as RPA, NLP and Gen AI.

- Responsible for supporting project prioritisation
- Responsible for the management, coaching, and mentoring of a small team of junior Business Analysts
- Lead or participate in workshops to define and design automation solutions
- Document all process requirements and flow before and after automation using standardised documents
- Keep stakeholders well informed of the status of development requirements and scope
- Lead and/or participate in the problem identification / error resolution process
- Participate in sign‑off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverables or phase completion, including process development and deployment
- Follow project governance (project phases)
- Provide relevant reporting for automated solutions
- Liaise with process owners to raise operational improvements and brainstorm automation ideas
- Oversee continuous improvement and optimisation of automated processes
- Conduct effective performance evaluations and mentor developers through formal and informal channels
- Offer support to the Developer Lead and to the Maintenance Lead, and collaborate with both to continuously improve delivery
- University degree
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a drive for simplicity and clarity
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Keen to deepen understanding of all processes and improve cohesion between teams
- Plan effectively and efficiently, with an ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure
- Resiliency: ability to push forward when things are changing or not going as expected
- Understanding of the structures of the business and the people/teams needed to leverage and achieve a result
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent know‑how on operational tools, processes and stakeholders
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Highly adaptive to changes and stressful situations
- Detail‑oriented and thorough with excellent time management skills
- People‑oriented, able to provide support, coaching and mentoring
