Lettings Manager £40,000 to £50,000 Basic  Uncapped Commission Im currently working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded estate agency, looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Manager for their York branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role or an existing Manager looking for a stronger platform, better earning potential, and real autonomy to grow a business.

The Opportunity Youll take full responsibility for driving lettings performance across the branch - leading from the front, developing your team, and increasing market share. This is a hands-on role where youll be just as comfortable winning business as you are coaching your team to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing lettings team Driving new business and conducting lettings valuations Building and maintaining strong client relationships Increasing market share and overall branch performance Coaching and mentoring staff to maximise individual and team output Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation About You Proven background in residential lettings (Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Manager level) Strong track record in winning instructions and generating business A natural leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop a team Commercially driven with a results-focused mindset Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills Full UK driving licence Whats On Offer £40,000 £ 50,000 basic salary Uncapped commission structure (strong OTE potential) Company car or car allowance Clear progression opportunities within a growing business Supportive environment with strong brand backing and marketing Interested?
