Accreditation Operations Executive

Location:

Wentworth / Hybrid / Full Time / Permanent

Are you passionate about live events and ready to play a key role behind the scenes of world-class golf tournaments?

Responsibilities
  • Support Accreditation Managers and the accreditation department in planning and executing accreditation processes for tournaments throughout the year.
  • Manage accreditation-specific hardware and equipment onsite, prepare access boards, issue passes, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the right people have the right access at the right time.
  • Provide technical support during events by setting up and maintaining accreditation systems and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Liaise with players, caddies, sponsors and the wider team, managing logistics and travel where required.
  • Carry out extensive travel, evening and weekend work as necessary to support the global schedule of events, including the DP World Tour and the Ryder Cup.
Qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and communicate confidently with people at all levels.
  • Excellent multitasking ability and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prior experience with accreditation systems is essential; knowledge of golf events is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude, commitment and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Capability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Discretion, professionalism and a genuine interest in travel and live events.
