Accreditation Operations Executive
Location:
Wentworth / Hybrid / Full Time / Permanent
Are you passionate about live events and ready to play a key role behind the scenes of world-class golf tournaments?
Responsibilities- Support Accreditation Managers and the accreditation department in planning and executing accreditation processes for tournaments throughout the year.
- Manage accreditation-specific hardware and equipment onsite, prepare access boards, issue passes, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the right people have the right access at the right time.
- Provide technical support during events by setting up and maintaining accreditation systems and troubleshooting any issues.
- Liaise with players, caddies, sponsors and the wider team, managing logistics and travel where required.
- Carry out extensive travel, evening and weekend work as necessary to support the global schedule of events, including the DP World Tour and the Ryder Cup.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and communicate confidently with people at all levels.
- Excellent multitasking ability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Prior experience with accreditation systems is essential; knowledge of golf events is advantageous.
- Positive attitude, commitment and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- Capability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Discretion, professionalism and a genuine interest in travel and live events.
