Product Lead | Womenswear Fashion Brand | Flexi Hours  Hybrid Working The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing womenswear fashion brand at a really exciting stage of its journey. The brand is known for creating on-trend, inclusive and high-quality womenswear, with a strong focus on fit, flattering silhouettes and pieces that make women feel confident.

As the business continues to grow, they're looking for an ambitious Product Lead to take ownership of the product direction and help shape the next chapter of the brand. This is a highly hands-on role with significant creative and commercial influence. You'll be responsible for shaping the overall product vision, developing commercially strong ranges and working closely with the founders and wider team to ensure the product continues to evolve with the customer.

Key Responsibilities Lead the overall product strategy and direction across womenswear Shape seasonal ranges that are trend-led, commercially relevant and aligned with the brand Identify new product, category and growth opportunities through customer insight, trends and trading performance Work closely with Design, Buying, Merchandising and suppliers throughout the product development process Own the journey from initial product concept through to final sign-off and delivery Champion fit, quality, fabrication, construction and attention to detail across the range Review and challenge product to ensure every piece has a clear customer and commercial purpose Use sales, customer feedback and product performance to inform future ranges and product decisions Build strong relationships with suppliers and support negotiations around cost, quality, lead times and development Keep product development and delivery on track, ensuring key deadlines are met Identify opportunities to improve the product, processes and ways of working as the business grows Work closely with the founders, bringing clear product vision, commercial thinking and fresh ideas to the wider business About You Strong experience across womenswear product, buying or product development Experience operating at Senior Buyer, Buying Manager, Product Manager, Head of Product or similar level Athleisure experience highly advantageous A strong eye for product, trend and commercial opportunity Excellent understanding of fit, quality, fabrication and garment construction Strong understanding of suppliers, sourcing, costing and production Confidence using sales and customer insight to influence product decisions Experience working closely with founders or within a smaller, entrepreneurial business A proactive, commercially minded and entrepreneurial attitude What's on Offer Genuine ownership of the product direction and future of the brand Close exposure to the founders and senior leadership team A highly hands-on role with real autonomy and influence The opportunity to shape and develop the product function as the business scales Hybrid working and flexible hours A creative, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment The chance to make a visible impact across product, customer and commercial performance BH37411
