About the Role Step into a key leadership role at one of the UK's most prestigious racing venues.

As Senior Bars Manager, you'll lead the drinks operation across 50 bars and hospitality suites, delivering exceptional beverage experiences for race days welcoming up to 35,000 guests, as well as premium conferences, banquets, weddings and events. From driving sales and developing the retail offer to leading teams and delivering flawless service, this is an exciting opportunity to make your mark on a truly large-scale events operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the drinks operation across 50 bars and hospitality areas on race and non-race days. Manage beverage stock, ordering, suppliers and cellar operations. Plan and coordinate bar set-up, deliveries, logistics and event requirements. Lead, schedule and develop the Drinks & Logistics team. Oversee beverage service across retail, hospitality, conferences and banqueting events. Drive beverage sales, GP and the continued development of the retail offer.

Work closely with F&B, Commercial and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Monitor performance, reporting, invoicing and P&L targets to support continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with:
Extensive experience in high volume, multi bar operations in bar and cellar management. Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills with a hands on, service focused approach.
