Position
Commercially minded Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities- Manage project costs from tender to final account.
- Prepare valuations, cost reports and forecasts.
- Monitor budgets, commercial risks and project performance.
- Procure and manage subcontractors.
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with commercial processes.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, project teams and subcontractors.
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, construction or infrastructure.
- Good commercial awareness and cost management skills.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts highly desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organised, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum + benefits and package. Full-time position located in Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK.
