Aldwych Consulting is recruiting a Building Surveyor in Leeds to join a leading construction consultancy. You will deliver building surveying and project management across sectors, with a focus on condition surveys, due diligence and technical reporting.
The role requires a degree in Building Surveying, MRICS or working towards, and knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts and CDM Regulations. AutoCAD is essential;
Revit is advantageous. Travel across the region will be required.
