Our client, a well‑established multidisciplinary consultancy, is looking to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Leeds.

- Deliver building surveying and project management services across multiple sectors.
- Undertake condition surveys, defect analysis, due diligence and technical reporting.
- Manage refurbishment and improvement projects from inception through to completion.
- Carry out contract administration duties and manage pre‑ and post‑contract responsibilities.
- Build strong client relationships and support business development activities.
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- Chartered status (MRICS) or are working towards accreditation.
- Experience in a client‑facing building surveying role.
- Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts, CDM Regulations and current building legislation.
- AutoCAD experience (Revit would be advantageous).
- Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to travel across the region.
Experience with in education, healthcare, local authority, government or infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
