Vistry Group in Wakefield is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our West Yorkshire team. You will oversee cost control, financial reporting and contractual matters across multiple residential construction projects, supporting the wider Commercial, Estimating and Buying teams.
You will mentor junior surveyors, prepare budgets, stage payments, and analyse quotations to drive value. A strong background in surveying, good IT skills and knowledge of building regulations are essential.
