- Construction Consultancy

Leeds

Salary up to £28,000

Are you ready to kick-start your career in project management with a consultancy that's doing things differently? We’re working with a dynamic, fast-growing construction consultancy that's built a reputation for delivering exceptional projects while putting its people first. Founded by experienced industry professionals with a vision to challenge the traditional consultancy model, they've created a collaborative, supportive environment where graduates are trusted, developed, and encouraged to thrive.

With a strong presence across Yorkshire and the wider UK, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of exciting projects spanning infrastructure, healthcare, education, regeneration, commercial, and public sector developments. No two projects are the same, giving you the chance to build invaluable experience from the very start of your career. This is far more than a typical graduate role.

You’ll gain genuine responsibility from day one, working alongside experienced Project Managers who will mentor and support you as you progress towards chartership and develop into a confident project professional.

The Role
  • Assisting with the delivery of construction and infrastructure projects from early planning through to completion.

Supporting Project Managers in maintaining strong client relationships and attending project meetings.
  • Assisting with the management of project programmes, budgets, risks, and quality standards.
  • Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Preparing project reports, monitoring progress, and maintaining key documentation.
  • Supporting procurement activities and contractor engagement.
  • Attending project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Learning to identify, monitor, and manage project risks and change.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered in line with health & safety legislation and industry regulations.
About You

We’re looking for an ambitious graduate who’s eager to build a successful career in construction project management.

You’ll Ideally Have
  • A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, or another construction-related discipline.
  • A genuine passion for project management within the built environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Confidence when engaging with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • An interest in infrastructure and/or building projects.
  • An understanding of NEC or JCT contracts, or the enthusiasm to learn.
  • A desire to work towards professional accreditation such as APM or RICS.
What’s On Offer
  • Full support towards chartership and ongoing professional development.
  • Paid professional memberships and subscriptions.
  • Travel expenses covered for office and project site visits.
  • A clear career progression pathway within a growing Project Management team.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of high-profile projects across multiple sectors.
  • A collaborative, social, and people-focused working environment where your development is genuinely prioritised. Plus more!

If you’re looking for the perfect opportunity to launch your career with a consultancy that invests in its people and offers genuine progression, we’d love to hear from you.
