We seek an experienced estimator/quantity surveyor to manage refurbishment and new build tenders up to £10m, using specialist estimating software, to deliver accurate, competitive bids.
You will appraise tender documents, prepare sub-contract and material enquiries, produce bills of quantities and drive budgets, estimates and cost plans while ensuring CDM
