Athena Expert Surveyors is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to conduct residential pre-acquisition surveys from a home-based setup, with hybrid working. You will produce clear, professional reports for clients while benefiting from a supportive administration and flexible working patterns.
We offer flexible part-time/full-time arrangements, a 60:40 fee split, ongoing CPD and strong administrative support to help you focus on surveying and advisory work.
