20 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to take lead on a cladding remediation project. You will oversee QA using Fieldwire and Procore, manage logistics including waste, deliveries and materials, and supervise a team on site. The 18-month scheme involves three buildings and up to 80 operatives.
Applicants must hold SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS as a bare minimum, with strong facades knowledge and proven on-site leadership in large cladding programmes.
