We are looking for an Assistant Health & Safety Advisor to join our growing Health & Safety Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills, gain hands–on experience and work towards becoming a qualified Health & Safety Advisor.

You don t need previous Health & Safety experience to apply. We will provide full training and support, making this an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of, or looking to start, their health & safety career.

Working alongside experienced Health & Safety professionals across a variety of construction & civil engineering projects, you will gain valuable practical experience while helping us maintain and continually improve our strong Health & Safety culture.

As an Assistant Health & Safety Advisor, you will work closely with our Health & Safety Team and operational teams to:

• Support H&S Advisors in promoting high standards of Health & Safety across our projects and wider business.
• Provide practical Health & Safety support to teams at all levels of the organisation.
• Assist with Health & Safety inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Support the development and implementation of Health & Safety initiatives and campaigns.
• Develop your knowledge and experience through on–the–job learning and working alongside experienced H&S professionals.
• Work towards relevant Health & Safety qualifications as part of your professional development.
