Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
Location: Keighley (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm | 30-minute lunch
Overtime: Rare, when required

We're looking for a creative and technically minded 3D & Graphic Designer to join an in-house creative team within a busy commercial and live events environment.

Working closely with
Project Management
, you'll help bring technical event proposals and concepts to life through high-quality 3D visualisations, animations, graphic content and print artwork for a range of blue-chip clients.

This is a varied role suited to a designer who enjoys combining creative design with technical skills
, working across 3D visualisation, animation, print, video and presentations. The Project Manager will provide the client brief and requirements, allowing you to focus on developing and delivering the creative work.

• Visualise forthcoming events using Cinema 4D and/or Blender
  , alongside asset creation in Adobe Creative Cloud, including still renders, fly-through animations and VR environments where required.
• Assist Project Managers with event proposal designs and concepts
  .
• Design and create animated content using Adobe Creative Cloud and Cinema 4D/Blender.
• Design and prepare large-format print artwork
  , including working with print suppliers to arrange production and delivery of printed goods.
• Carry out video editing and conversion tasks
  , as well as creating PowerPoint and Keynote presentations.
• Work on multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of design, organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
  .

• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  , particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of 3D software
  , such as Maxon's Cinema 4D or similar.
• Creativity, an eye for design and the ability to work with different client brands
  .
• Good communication skills and the ability to interpret briefs
  .
• Willingness to learn a wide variety of skills to fulfil the role.
  Training will be provided where necessary.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Windows and/or Mac systems

• Willingness to work unsociable hours when required.
• An interest in live event production
