Team Leader, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Oversee day to day tasks of the sales team. Answering all enquiries by telephone or email. Provide product advice to customers as required. Proactively responding to enquiries and engaging customers by promoting services and products. Applying for licences to the appropriate authorities and monitoring that they are kept up to date. Maintaining accurate records and reports as required by department and clients.l

Creating Duty of Care forms for new customers. Providing support to the team leader and line manager as required. To assist customers efficiently and professionally with receiving and processing orders. Distribution of work evenly between team members. Support with development needs of the team. Additional Information for the Team Leader:
