Senior Customer Service Executive
- Location: York City Centre
- Job Type: Full-time
- Annual Salary: Paying up to £30,000 plus 1k bonus
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday with shifts between 8.00am and 6.00pm (Either 8.00 5.30, or 9.30-6.00). Occasional weekend cover required (9.00am-5.00pm) with time off in lieu during the week.

We are currently hiring for 3 Senior Customer Service Executives where you will play a pivotal role in delivering a first-rate, end-to-end customer experience. This position is crucial for supporting our clients ambition to exceed customer expectations and drive loyalty.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Act as a key point of contact for customers ensuring a seamless experience.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels including phone, email, and digital platforms, focusing on high-quality written communication.
- Provide clear, accurate, and engaging responses to customers.
- Efficiently and accurately issue confirmations and processing online requests.
- Proactively resolve customer queries and issues, taking ownership through to resolution.
- Support the administration of amendments.
- Discuss alternative options with customers to retain business and enhance their experience.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to deliver a joined-up customer experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Service team, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer outcomes.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a high-volume customer service environment.
- Strong customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach.
- Proactive commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.
- High level of accountability and ownership for outcomes.
- Ability to contribute ideas, insight, and experience that add value to the wider team.
