Location: South Yorkshire
Ant Marketing in Sheffield City Centre is seeking compassionate Inbound Customer Service Advisors to handle Priority Services Register calls for vulnerable customers during power outages and emergencies. The role offers £13.00 per hour and full paid training in a modern office environment.
Shifts are primarily Monday–Saturday 8:00am–8:00pm with 24/7 flexibility for major incidents, and the role emphasizes professionalism, empathy and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
