We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and energetic people to join our Christmas Team at Dean's York Garden Centre as Grotto Assistants and help create a truly magical experience for the thousands of families who visit us this festive season.

Christmas is one of our busiest and most exciting times of the year, and our Grotto is at the heart of the magic. Every day brings something different, from welcoming excited children to helping families make memories they'll treasure for years to come.

As a Grotto Assistant, you'll play a key part in bringing the Christmas experience to life.

Welcome and guide families throughout their visit

Help create a warm, festive and magical atmosphere

Support with managing visitor flow and ensuring sessions run smoothly

Interact with children and families, helping build excitement for their visit with Santa

Assist Santa and fellow team members to ensure every guest has a memorable experience

Keep the Grotto looking its best and ready to welcome visitors throughout the day

Deliver outstanding customer service and spread plenty of Christmas cheer
