An excellent opportunity has become available at a premium, fully private practice in York, working 3-4 days per week with the flexibility to choose your days.

This is a fully private role with no NHS and no UDAs, where a mandatory practice plan gives you a stable, recurring patient base to build on from day one.

You can step straight in as a self-employed Associate Dentist, or begin on a salaried footing for the first 6 months if you would value more structured support before transitioning. With experienced colleagues on hand, two treatment co‑ordinators, and a fully digital set‑up, this is a practice built for consistent, high‑quality private care.

• Hygienist support on site daily (except Mondays), plus a visiting clinical dental technician
• On‑site and nearby parking, with shops and amenities close by in an affluent area

• GDC registration and eligibility to work in the UK (essential)
• Minimum 2 years of post‑qualification clinical experience
• Based under an hour commute from York
• Self‑employed route: ideally 2 to 3+ years of private practice experience. Salaried route: we welcome those who would value more support to build their private skills
• A caring, patient‑first attitude with a genuine focus on preventive care

• Fully private squat practice, open 3.5 years and built on a preventive care philosophy
• Four surgeries, all fully digital:
  Dentally software, CBCT scanner, OPG, and a full equipment suite
• Mandatory practice plan: patients register on a plan, creating a stable, recurring base
• Stable, loyal team: the same dentists since opening, with very low turnover
• TCO‑led approach with two treatment co‑ordinators supporting new‑patient growth
