Duties for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant include:

* Assist on the delivery of residential and Healthcare projects

* Assist with planning applications and technical drawings

* Work alongside other consultants and clients across all RIBA work stages

* undertake site visits and design meetings to help ensure high quality and compliance is achieved

Skills and experience for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant:

* Successfully completed your RIBA Part 1 qualification

* Relevant post Part 1 qualification experience in a relevant role is desirable

* Experience with Revit and AutoCAD

* Excellent drawing and design skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Full UK Driver's License
