Excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering residential, refurbishment and high-rise projects across the social housing sector.

This established consultancy has been operating for over 40 years and works with housing associations and local authorities throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Senior Architectural Technologist to their expanding design team.

In this role, you will manage multiple projects through RIBA Stages 2-6, producing technical drawings and coordinating with clients, contractors and internal teams. Projects include high-rise refurbishments, recladding schemes, fire safety works and residential developments. The role offers hybrid working with a typical split of three days in the office and two from home.

This role would suit an Architectural Technologist with strong residential experience, particularly within refurbishment and high-rise projects. AutoCAD experience is essential, with Revit knowledge desirable.
