Opportunity to work on award-winning projects across the UKThe Role Lead the delivery of projects through all RIBA work stages
Manage projects typically valued between 3m-10m (Architect) or 10m+ (Senior Architect)
Coordinate design teams, consultants, and client stakeholders
Prepare and review technical design packages and construction information
Attend client meetings, site visits and design team meetings
Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to a high technical standard
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued success of the studio
The Ideal Candidate Qualified Architect with several years’ post-Part 3 experience
Demonstrable experience running projects independently from inception through to completion
Proven experience delivering projects within the education, healthcare or industrial (manufacturing rather than logistics) sectors
Experience managing projects valued at 3m-10m, or 10m+ for Senior Architect applicants
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations Proficiency in Revit would be advantageous
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Passionate about delivering thoughtful, high-quality architecture within a collaborative team environment
