Key Responsibilities

- Promote a strong business ethos and ensure strategic use of resources to support learning objectives.
- Oversee Human Resources, Finance, Premises, Facilities, Health & Safety, IT, Income Generation, and Administration (including Trips).
Model professional leadership and management of support staff in partnership with teaching colleagues.
- Proven experience in school business management or a similar operational leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen and HR management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple functions.
- Commitment to deliver high-quality business services to support the education and wellbeing of our children, staff and families.
