• Deliver engaging lessons to students aged (or 16+)
• Create a positive and productive classroom environment
• Monitor and support student progress, encouraging achievement and confidence
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure consistent learning experiences
• Flexibly adapt to different schools, year groups, and curriculum requirements

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
• Expertise in your subject specialism
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Enthusiasm for working with young people and motivating them to reach their potential
• Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups as needed
