GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking school within the Sheffield area. This role is ideal for a teacher who can inspire confidence in mathematics, encourage problem‑solving skills, and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the curriculum.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high‑quality Maths lessons across Key Stages
• Inspire students to develop strong numeracy, reasoning, and problem‑solving skills
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum and support cross‑curricular learning

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Previous experience teaching Maths at school level
• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Applicants must have a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
