As a Supply HLTA
, you’ll play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across a range of primary schools, including:

• Delivering pre‑planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Leading small‑group interventions and whole‑class teaching when required
• Supporting pupils of varying abilities, including those with additional needs
• Building strong relationships with staff and students in different school environments
• Adapting quickly and confidently to new classrooms

No two days are the same - perfect for someone who thrives on variety and new challenges!

• HLTA qualification – Level 4 or above teaching assistant
• Proven experience working within a primary school setting
• Confidence leading classes and managing behaviour effectively
• A flexible, proactive, and positive approach
• A genuine passion for education and pupil development
