About the role

As Student Voice Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the student experience by leading and coordinating a range of student voice initiatives across the College. From supporting the Students’ Union and Course Representatives to facilitating feedback forums and student committees, you will ensure that learners are actively involved in shaping their education.

Working closely with curriculum staff and the Quality team, you’ll help deliver surveys and engagement strategies that reflect student needs. You’ll also contribute to wider enrichment activities, events and campaigns that promote wellbeing, diversity, and a strong student community.

About the person

You’ll bring a genuine passion for student engagement and a solid understanding of the needs of young people and adult learners. Experience in youth work, education or student representation is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire.

Confident in managing events and working collaboratively, you’ll be comfortable using digital systems to capture and evaluate data. With a positive, proactive approach, you’ll be a strong communicator, team player and role model who is committed to continuous improvement and student success.
