As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering well-planned and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum. You will create a supportive classroom environment, adapt teaching to meet individual needs, and ensure pupils are making strong progress both academically and personally.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support learning across the primary curriculum. You will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, helping pupils to access learning and make meaningful progress in a supportive classroom environment.

This role is ideal for individuals from sports coaching, fitness instruction, or youth leadership backgrounds who are interested in working in schools. You will supervise whole classes in the absence of the teacher, support students in completing pre-set work, and help maintain a structured learning environment. Your background in sport will be valuable in building rapport, managing behaviour, and encouraging engagement.

As a Teaching Assistant (Secondary), you will support students across a range of subjects, working alongside teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted intervention. You will play a key role in helping students stay focused, confident and engaged throughout their learning journey.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes during teacher absence, delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain focused and on task. You will play a key role in maintaining classroom routines and supporting positive behaviour across a variety of subjects.
