Seeking a patient and proactive Speech & Language Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-18 within a school setting. You will work closely with teachers, the SEND department and Speech & Language Therapists to support students with speech, language and communication needs. The role involves delivering targeted interventions, supporting pupils in lessons, monitoring progress and helping students develop their communication, social interaction and confidence across the curriculum.

You will play a key role in ensuring pupils can access learning and achieve their individual targets.
