The successful SEND Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students with a range of additional needs, and working closely with support staff to ensure all learners can access the curriculum and achieve positive outcomes.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching children or young people with additional needs
• Strong classroom management skills
• The ability to differentiate lessons to meet individual learning needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A patient, adaptable and positive approach to teaching
